The Mall in Sofia was seeking for a long time a Loyalty solution, attractive enough to have the tenants participating in a Loyalty Program.

 

 

 

 

Furthermore brand awareness of The Mall was very important. The classic loyalty solutions couldn't differentiate The Mall and meet the targets set.

The solution proposed by ICAP consultants fulfilled successfully all the above. We did provide a Loyalty with Gamification solution promoting "The Mall Social World" to Sofia. The software is running on digital media (smart phones, kiosks, Facebook and web site) and can analyze customer behavioral data & information so at to provide personalized offers. Both the generated information and the whole approach are highly attractive to tenants which are happily participating.

The implemented software is provided as a service (SaaS, hosted in the cloud).
